1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Endpoint Systems LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of Salon.Shop at salon.shop ("Service").

By creating an account, booking an appointment, or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Salon.Shop is a platform that connects customers with independent service professionals. The Service enables users to discover professionals, book appointments, manage schedules, process payments, and communicate related to service bookings.

Endpoint Systems LLC is a technology platform provider and is not itself a service provider. Service professionals using the platform are independent operators, not employees or agents of Endpoint Systems LLC.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• All information you provide is accurate and current

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at privacy@endpointsystems.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are used in a manner harmful to other users or the platform.

6. Bookings and Payments

Booking an appointment through the Service creates an agreement between you and the service professional. Endpoint Systems LLC facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the service agreement itself.

Payment is processed at the time of booking or service completion depending on the professional's settings. All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Refund and cancellation policies are set by individual service professionals and displayed at the time of booking.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or service professionals
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or copy any part of the platform
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Salon.Shop and Endpoint Systems LLC are the property of Endpoint Systems LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as profile photos and reviews), but grant Endpoint Systems LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content in connection with the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We do not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by professionals listed on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ENDPOINT SYSTEMS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Endpoint Systems LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Sections 8–12 survive termination.
